- Why are your prices so low? Is your furniture as high quality as you say it is?
Yes, our furniture and all of our products is of the highest quality! Our prices are as low as they are because we are an Online Company. That is the premise of our Company. We do not have all the tremendous overhead and expenses that conventional showrooms have and we are able to keep a very minumum mark up on our furniture. Almost of the furniture we carry sells for double the price in most stores and showrooms.
- Ok, your prices are fantastic, but is the shipping expensive?
Not at all! Because we are a large Company, we get greatly reduced shipping rates and pass them along to you. We do not mark up our shipping as most companies do. Our ability to get wholesale shipping costs to you means you can get a furniture order from us shipped to you for around the cost as you might pay to send a box from the Post Office. - How long does shipping take?
We can ship to you As Quickly As 10-14 Days once your order is placed Or Delay Shipping as long as you like if you are moving or remodeling.

- How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most of our items are in stock. To confirm availability, simply call and we will let you know if the item is currently in stock and if not how soon it will be.
- Will I get good customer service from an Online Company?
Absolutely!! In fact, we believe the customer service we provide far exceeds most stores and showrooms. - Where are you located?
Our offices are in Alsip,Illinois. We warehouse and ship from Des Plaines, Illinois which is near O'hare Airport.
- Do you have a physical showroom to view your furniture?
No. We are strictly online. It is because we are an exclusive Online Company we are able to sell our beautiful furniture at the low prices that we do. We like to think that shopping our Online Showroom is actually an advantage for customers. We have listed the types of materials used in the products along with the dimensions. Stores and showrooms usually do not provide any of this information. Something may look like it will fit in your home when you see it at an actual physical showroom but often it does not. This should never happen with an order from Our Online Showroom as we provide the dimensions and you can measure before ordering to guarantee it will fit in your home.
- If I don't like my purchase, can I return it?
Yes. We do need to be notified within 24 hrs after you have received your furniture. There is a 15% restocking fee. Returns are very uncommon with us. Our return rate is under 1%. The most common response we hear from our customers is, "the furniture I ordered is even nicer than I expected".
