Return Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with your furniture, LaPorta Furniture Company does offer a complete return policy.
- LaPorta Furniture Company must be notified within 24 hrs of furniture delivery that the customer wishes to return their order.
- All returned items must still have their original packaging, be undamaged, unassembled and able to be resealed. All hardware and parts must be included.
- If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be the original total less 15% (restocking fee) and less the shipping/delivery charges.
- Customers who received freight delivery will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Deductions from the total will also be accounted for if there are any damages resulting from unreported damages or defects.
